Computer Solutions’ Computer Warranty

We are so confident that you will be extremely pleased with your computer that we are willing to let you use your computer for up to 10 days from the date of purchase risk-free, and, if after using your computer you are unsatisfied with the performance level and value it provides we will gladly refund the full amount of your purchase.

If the need arises, for the first 90 days, we will provide any & all technical support you need in order to use the software that comes with the computer. Also, after the 90 day period, we will re-install Windows 98 for free as indicated on the coupon attached below. We strongly recommend that GoBack software be purchased along with your system to take care of any problems you may encounter with your software as you use it (available for only $25, ask the salesperson for details) as we cannot be responsible for user error or software glitches.

The computer comes with a standard 2-year parts and labor warranty. This covers all parts of the computer that become defective for a period of 2 years, including the labor to replace those parts. This is an in-house warranty.

During the 2-year warranty period, we will be glad to provide limited phone support for general questions about using the computer, using specific programs, and using additional and/or specific hardware - at no additional cost.

This 2-year warranty does not cover the following:

Any problems with the original software after the 90-day period.

Any problems with or caused by software that has been added (that did not come with the system).

Any problems with or caused by hardware that has been added (that did not come with the system).

Any files or data that have been deleted or lost by any means.

The warranty does not include liability for data loss due to defective hardware. Data backup is the responsibility of the user and important data should be backed up at all times.

Additionally, even after your warranty has expired we will still do our very best to keep you happy and satisfied with your computer system.
